Last week was half term in the UK and we have had our lovely children at home, normally this would means lots of playing but not much felting!
However, last week there was been felting with friends, felting for clients, felting for craft shows and playing with children. It doesn't get much better than that.
On Sunday I went to meet Carol Waddle at the IFA Region workshop. She taught us 'Flying Free and Hidden Depths'. Carol is a woman after my own heart, lots of lovely colour...and I was random (well kind of) in my placement of the fibres. I was flying free, although I have to be honest- it did give me a bit of a twitchy eye!
Look at this amazing piece she made.
